Account and Access Management

- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance
- Emergency maintenance may occur with minimal notice

Some advanced features may require additional software or hardware that students must provide.
3. Geographic Restrictions
Our services are primarily designed for students in Japan, but we welcome international students:
- Course content reflects Japanese accounting standards and practices
- Time zones for live sessions are Japan Standard Time
- Some certification programs may be region-specific
- International students should verify certification recognition in their country
4. Service Modifications and Updates
We continuously improve our educational services:

Intellectual Property Rights
1. Course Content Ownership
All course materials, including but not limited to:

- LedgerPro branding and design elements
are the exclusive property of LedgerPro Professional Bookkeeping Institute and are protected by copyright laws.
2. User-Generated Content Rights
Content you create during courses, such as:
- Assignment submissions and project work
- Discussion forum posts and comments
- Peer review feedback and collaboration
remains your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to use such content for educational and promotional purposes.
3. License Grants
Upon course enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Access and view course materials for personal educational use
- Download materials for offline study during your enrollment period
- Print reasonable quantities of materials for personal reference
This license does not permit redistribution, commercial use, or sharing with non-enrolled individuals.
4. Copyright and Trademark Notices
All materials are marked with appropriate copyright notices. The LedgerPro name, logo, and related marks are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment Requirements
Course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials, unless enrolled in an approved payment plan. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers in Japanese Yen.
Refund Eligibility
Students may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment if less than 20% of course content has been accessed. After this period, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Price Changes
Course prices may change without notice, but enrolled students are protected from increases during their enrollment period.
